Goddess Isis Guided Meditation.

Last year, I got to visit the most special place I’ve ever been to. That’s the Philae Temple in Aswan Egypt, dedicated to Goddess Isis.

I can’t begin to describe how extremely life-changing this trip was. Even less how I felt in this particular temple. But I’d love to honor that experience by sharing a guided meditation to allow anyone and everyone to connect with this, the Mother Goddess.

  1. Find a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed. Sit down or lie down in a comfortable position, and take a few deep breaths to center yourself.

  2. When you inhale, imagine you’re breathing in bright, white healing light. This light is cleansing you and slowing down your vibrations into a Theta state. When you exhale, imagine dark, gray light comes out of your nose and removes anything you no longer need from you.

  3. Visualize yourself standing at the edge of a river. The river Nile. The water is calm and clear, and the sun is shining down on you. The temperature is just right.

  4. Imagine that you see a beautiful figure walking towards you from across the river, peacefully. As the figure gets closer, you can see that it is Goddess Isis. She is wearing a flowing white dress and a golden headdress that look like the horns of a cow or a crescent moon. She has wings on her back.

  5. As she approaches you, she smiles and extends her hand. You take her hand and allow her to lead you across the river. You feel safe, loved and protected in her presence.

  6. Once you reach the other side of the river, imagine that you are standing in a beautiful water garden. There are lotus flowers in bloom all around you, and the air is filled with the scent of jasmine and white lotus.

  7. Goddess Isis leads you to a comfortable spot in the garden, and you sit down together. She tells you that she is here to offer you guidance and protection, and that she will be with you always.

  8. Ask Goddess Isis any questions you have, or share with her any concerns you have been holding onto. Allow her to offer you guidance and support, knowing that she has your best interests at heart. Open your heart to her, and stay here for a while.

  9. When you are ready to stand up, thank Goddess Isis for her guidance and protection. She embraces you, and you feel a sense of warmth and comfort in her arms.

  10. Before you go, now take a moment to connect with her Divine energy. Ask her to guide you towards your highest good, and feel the love and protection that surrounds you. As you honor her presence, she smiles and places her Ankh, or ‘Key of Life’ in the base of your spine. Turning it three times, she instructs you to take a deep breath and allow the kundalini energy of the planet to rise up through your 33 vertebrae, activating your pineal gland.

  11. Allow this energy to flow through you, knowing that you are connected to the divine energy of Goddess Isis and the universe. Stay there for a few minutes, visualizing this process.

  12. As you make your way back across the river, know that you can call upon Goddess Isis whenever you need her. She is always with you, watching over you and guiding you on your path.

  13. When you are ready, take a few deep breaths and slowly come back to the present moment. Know that you can return to this peaceful state of mind whenever you need to connect with the energy of Goddess Isis.

Mindfully,

Sam.
