When climbing up seems too hard.

Sometimes climbing up seems impossible when you're down.

But there is always a way. Here are some of the things that have helped me with processes such as this:

  1. #Acupuncture: I'm a fan. I'm such a fan. Everyone should try it and that is all I'm gonna say.

  2. #Reiki/Massages: We tend to store our negative emotions in our body, so go find a masseuse who can help you release them. And by this I don't mean go get a relaxing #massage, though it helps, I say get those emotions out. It's painful. But worth it.

  3. #Therapy: TALK about your problems, because sometimes you're wrong, and there are some people out there who are actually trained to help you see this.

  4. #Qigong: (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises. It helps you ground yourself and moves your stagnant chi so you can get balanced again.

Hoping you don't need them, but if you do, I do hope you try them out!

Mindfully,
Sam.
